At LowEndLabs, I believe the only thing that should be "tracked" is a good rhythm section. This policy outlines how I handle information for my mobile applications.

Covered Applications

This privacy policy applies to the following mobile applications developed by LowEndLabs:

• Bass Scale Visualizer
• Low End Tuner

1. Information Collection and Use

I value your privacy and do not collect, store, or share any personally identifiable information from you. The apps do not require an account or login.

Device Permissions

• Bass Scale Visualizer: Does not require or access any sensitive device permissions (contacts, location, microphone, etc.).
• Low End Tuner: Requires access to your device's microphone. This permission is used strictly to capture audio in real time to analyze the frequency of your instrument's strings. Audio data is processed entirely locally on your device and is never recorded, stored, or transmitted over the network.

2. Advertising (Google AdMob)

To keep these tools free for the bass community, I use Google AdMob to display advertisements. AdMob may collect and use certain data, such as your device's advertising ID, to show you relevant ads. This data is handled by Google according to their own policies.

3. Cookies and Tracking

These apps do not use cookies. However, the third-party ad SDK (AdMob) may use persistent identifiers for advertising purposes to help me keep the signal clean.

4. Children’s Privacy

These apps are intended for bassists of all ages. Because I do not collect any personal data, I do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
