"Crafting tools for the low-end frequencies of the galaxy."

The Lab Report

Welcome to the Lab. I’m a bassist, a DIY guitar builder, and an old-time Iowa State grad (MIS) who got tired of seeing the bass treated like a four-stringed afterthought in the software world.

LowEndLabs was born out of a simple realization: the galaxy is full of guitar apps, but it’s a bit of a vacuum for those of us holding down the root notes. Between soldering pickups at my workshop desk and staring at lines of code at my workstation, I decided to build the tools I actually wanted to use.

Whether I’m visualizing complex scales across the cosmic fretboard or fine-tuning a frequency, my mission is to create fun, accessible, bassist-first apps for every player—from bedroom hobbyists to interstellar touring pros.

It might look like madness from the outside, but in here, we’re just dialing in the signal.
